What you give us

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the property address, your name, your email address, your phone number, your timeline, and anything you write in the message field. You choose what to put in. The property address is the only part we really need in order to look at a property.

We use it to review the property, work out whether a direct cash purchase makes sense, and contact you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

What we collect automatically

We use Matomo, an analytics tool we run on our own server rather than a third-party advertising platform. It records pages viewed, roughly where visits come from, and which links and buttons are used. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. We do not use Google Analytics, and there are no advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of first-party cookies. None of them are advertising cookies.

• Attribution cookies (names beginning bor_) record how you first arrived – the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed. They last 90 days. They tell us which of our efforts actually reach people.
• Matomo’s cookie (_pk_id) distinguishes one visitor from another so a single person browsing several pages is not counted as several people.
• A preview cookie is used only while this site is password-protected before launch.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; we simply lose the ability to tell where visits came from.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored privately in this website’s database and emailed to us so we can respond. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and email is delivered through standard mail providers, so those companies necessarily handle the data in the course of providing the service. We use GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management service, to keep track of inquiries, so an inquiry you send is stored there as well as here. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Text messages

The inquiry form has an optional checkbox for text messages. It is unchecked by default, ticking it is not a condition of any sale or service, and the form submits perfectly well without it. If you do tick it, we record the date and the exact wording you agreed to alongside your inquiry, so there is a record of what you consented to.

If you consent, messages relate to your inquiry and the property you told us about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. If you do not consent, your record is marked so that automated text messages are not sent to you.

We do not sell or share your phone number, or your consent to be texted, with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them – a property discussion can restart months later – and then delete them. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.

What you can ask for

Email us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will, and we will stop contacting you about it.

Children

This site is meant for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
